End-User License Agreement

Effective date: July 14, 2026

This End-User License Agreement applies to the internal QuickBooks Online integration operated by Bouvier Advisory Partners, LLC (the "Firm"), which operates bouvieradvisors.com.

Internal Application

The integration is an internal Firm tool. It provides authorized Firm personnel with read-only access through the QuickBooks Online API to accounting data of client companies that have authorized the Firm's application. The Firm uses that access to provide advisory and financial-analysis services.

The integration is not offered to the public, and this agreement grants no license or other right to any member of the public.

Client Services

A client's use of the Firm's services, including the Firm's authorized access to the client's QuickBooks Online accounting data, is governed by the applicable engagement agreement between the client and the Firm.

Disclaimer

The integration is provided as-is for the Firm's internal use. The Firm may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue the integration as needed for its internal operations and client-service obligations.
