Bouvier Advisory Partners, LLC (the "Firm") operates bouvieradvisors.com and an internal QuickBooks Online integration used by authorized Firm personnel to provide advisory and financial-analysis services.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Firm's internal QuickBooks Online integration. With a client company's authorization, the integration provides read-only access through the QuickBooks Online API to that company's accounting records. The integration is not offered to the public.

Information We Access and How We Use It

The integration accesses accounting records belonging to client companies that have authorized the Firm's application. The Firm uses this information only to deliver advisory and financial-analysis services to those clients.

The Firm does not sell this information. The Firm does not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the Firm's services or as required by law.

Storage and Safeguards

Application credentials and authorization tokens are stored locally under the Firm's control. Sensitive personal identifiers, including Social Security numbers and birthdates, are scrubbed from working files in accordance with Firm policy.

Client Control and Revocation

A client may revoke the application's access to its QuickBooks Online company at any time through Intuit. Revocation stops the integration's future access to that company through the QuickBooks Online API.
